The MSc program “Food Innovation, Quality and Safety” is organized by the Department of Food Science and Technology of the University of West Attica, Athens, Greece. It appeals to those holding a Bachelor’s (B.Sc.) University degree related to food science and technology, food engineering, food chemistry, food microbiology, nutrition, or a closely related discipline. The program duration is three (3) academic semesters. The first and second semesters, involve educational activities/lectures for ten (10) theoretical courses. The third semester involves the elaboration of the Diploma thesis.
